License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GenXR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Jarvis on your personal computer.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content that you create, upload, transmit, or display while using the Jarvis ("User Content"). You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish and share the generated Content.

Restrictions

User Content Liability

You agree that you are solely responsible for your User Content and any claims arising therefrom, and that GenXR is not responsible or liable for any User Content or damages or losses associated therewith.

Jarvis is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. GenXR makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

Limitation of Liability

GenXR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profitts or data or contents, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Jarvis.

You further acknowledge and agree that GenXR shall not be liable for any damage to your device or data as a result of downloading, installing, or using Jarvis.

Termination

GenXR may terminate or suspend your license to use the Service at any time and for any reason, including for use of the Service to disseminate or display User Content that violates these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

GenXR reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Jarvis, and any service or material we provide via the app, in our sole discretion without notice.
